We've been working on our website for... a long time now, and after switching strategies, platforms, and set-up multiple times, we've finally gotten it up and running. I've been playing a big part in building it, and I've done most of the photography work, so I'm super proud of how it turned out!
We moved to Wyoming with basically nothing on our land except two windmills, an awning, and a bunch of animals. We built our house while camping, and ended up camping until winter blew in and slapped us with reality (aka, a snowstorm that dumped 12 inches, and then another coming one forecasted to hit -10). Moved into an unfinished house, and kept going. We moved up to Wyoming three years ago, and now the house is nearly complete, the flocks and herds have grown, and we finally have a website! Definitely a work in progress, but it sure makes me appreciate my pioneer ancestors!
Check it out!

Elena - You should be proud of that website (I added this thread to our websites and blatant photography forums). I love your photography. Looks like you've got plenty going on. I assume you've seen our threads on promoting stuff (see here for example)? We'd love to hear more about your products and family.
What is the plant blowing in the wind in the video on the farm chronicles page? It has a lovely symmetry.

Faline is ADORABLE. My mid size Jersey just calved a month ago.

Malwarebytes "protected" me against your insidious logo - had to tell it the website is okay.
Just technical feedback.

Beautiful and well organized website!

Hi Elena,
Looks like a nice site. My one technical critique is that the copyright date is incorrect. There are ways with the code to tell it to put "this year", so you won't ever have to update it again. It is different depending on the language you used to write the website and the platform, but if you let me know, I might be able to point you in the right direction. Many tech people use the copyright date as a way of seeing how out of date or up to date a website is.

What are you saying? I thought you said that Santa gave you that. And this tiny ad:
