Summary

Paul continues his discussion with Mike Haasl, Beau Davidson, Ash Jackson, and Penny on the topic of this year’s BB20 event.

This time they mostly discuss who did what BBs.  The BBs discussed are:

Start a rocket hot water heater and get the water temperature over 140
Do the annual ash cleanout of a rocket mass heater
Trail maintenance for 200 feet of trail
Cook 2 cups of grain in a haybox cooker
Prepare a basic meal (and wash all the dishes) for at least 8 people (doing the cleaning yourself is important so as you don’t make whoever gets cleaning duty hate you)
Three log bench (due to be changed to allow benches of up to 20”)
15 minutes moving dirt/soil with the loader on the tractor
Drop 6” to 8” live tree with a bow saw / chainsaw
Install an “instant bidet” on a toilet
Seed swapping! (extracurricular)
Comfrey leaf (salve, poultice)
Restarting a cast iron skillet
Build a kindling cracker + rmh scoop / chicken funnel
Start a rocket cooktop and cook something
Sharpen a scythe
Start and operate a batch box rocket mass heater for 1 hour
Fire up the fisher price RMH.  Also remember to turn the kitchen fan off as it makes the RMH run the wrong way.

For the day after the podcast recording, they want to do more rocket stuff, repair junkpole fence, build a Dakota stove, dig and seal a small pond, and so many more that Ash will have to come back to do them all.
